How should I take APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY?
There are two ways to take APCALIS SX ORAL jelly:

- have sexual activity at 30 minutes after ingestion APCALIS SX ORAL jelly and up to 36 hours after taking it.
- You and your doctor should consider this to determine when to take
- APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY before sexual activity.
- Some form of sexual stimulation is required for an erection to happen with APCALIS SX ORAL jelly.
OR
APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY for once daily use:
- Do not APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY more than once each day.
- Take a APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY tablet every day at about the same time of day. You can try to sexually activities any time between doses.
- If you miss a dose, you can take it when you remember, but not take more than one dose per day.
- Some form of sexual stimulation is required for an erection to happen with APCALIS SX ORAL jelly.
What are the possible side effects APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY?
The most common side effects with APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY are: Headache, Digestive problems, Back Pain, Muscle Pain, Flushing, Stuffy or runny nose, all these side effects usually disappear after a few hours. Men who have back pain and muscle aches usually get 12 to 24 hours after ingestion APCALIS SX ORAL jelly. Back pain and muscle aches usually disappear within 2 days.
Call your doctor if you experience any side effect that bothers you or one that can not away. Less common side effects include:
- An erection that will not disappear (priapism).
- If you get an erection that lasts longer than 4 hours, get medical help immediately.

- Sudden loss or decrease in hearing, sometimes with ringing in the ears and dizziness have rarely reported in people with PDE5 inhibitors, including APCALIS SX ORAL jelly. It is not possible to determine whether these events are directly linked to the PDE5 inhibitor, or other diseases drugs, other factors or a combination of factors. If you experience these symptoms, stop taking APCALIS SX ORAL jelly and contact a doctor.

What should I avoid when taking APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY?
- Do not use other ED medicines or ED treatments while APCALIS SX ORAL jelly.
- Do not drink too much alcohol while taking APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY (for example, 5 glasses of wine or 5 shot of whiskey). Drinking too much alcohol can increase your chances to get a headache or become dizzy, increasing your heart rate, or lower your blood pressure.
What is the most important I should know about APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY?
- APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY can cause your blood pressure to fall suddenly to a question about whether what is taken with certain other drugs. You can become dizzy, weak, or have a heart attack or stroke.
- Do not APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY if you take any medicines called "nitrates". Nitrates are commonly to treat angina. Angina is a symptom of cardiovascular disease and can cause pain in the chest, jaw, or down your arm.
- Medicines called nitrates include nitroglycerin that is available in tablets, sprays, ointments, pastes or patches. Nitrates are also found in other medicines such as isosorbide dinitrate or isosorbide mononitrate. Some recreational drugs called "poppers" also contain nitrates, such as amyl nitrite and butyl nitrite.
- Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure about any of your medicines are nitrates.
- Tell your doctor that you take APCALIS SX ORAL jelly. If you need urgent medical care for heart problems, it is important for your doctor to know when you last took APCALIS SX ORAL jelly.
- After taking a single tablet, a part of the active ingredient in APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY remain in your body for more than 2 days. The active substance can stay longer if you have problems with kidney or liver, or you are taking certain other medications (see "Can other medicines Influence APCALIS SX ORAL JELLY? ").
- Stop sexual activity and get medical help immediately if you experience symptoms such as chest pain, dizziness or nausea during sex. Sexual activity can put an extra strain on the heart, especially if your heart is already weak from a heart attack or heart disease.
